Tätigkeitsbereiche und Ausbildung

Florian Burggraf is a lawyer, specialist lawyer for labour law and notary. He advises national and international clients on real estate and labour law, including ecclesiastical labour law. He handles litigation for the firm's clients before the state courts, in particular in individual and collective labour law
As a notary, Florian Burggraf has extensive experience in real estate transactions (sale of real estate as well as residential and partial ownership, creation of heritable building rights, declarations of division, creation of land charges, encumbrances on real property, usufruct, etc.), in the area of corporate law for company formations and acquisitions as well as in family and inheritance law property arrangements (anticipated succession, transfer agreements, wills, inheritance agreements and marriage contracts).
Mr Burggraf studied at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. Mr Burggraf was admitted to the bar in 2006 and worked for several years as an individual lawyer and notary, in a joint practice and in a local law firm. Mr Burggraf was appointed notary in Frankfurt am Main in 2017.
