Robert Wollweber, LL.M., is name partner and founder of WOLLWEBER Rechtsanwälte. Robert is a bar-certified specialist lawyer (“Fachanwalt”) for commercial and corporate law as well as international business law. Among various other fields of commercial law, he has longstanding expertise in mid-cap M&A-transactions. Before he founded WOLLWEBER Rechtsanwälte, Robert was partner at the Frankfurt branch of a renowned German medium-sized law firm after working for law firms in New York City and San Jose, Costa Rica.
Robert studied at the University of Passau, did his articles in Cologne and earned a postgraduate master’s degree (LL.M.) from UTS Sydney, Australia, before he was admitted to the bar in 1995.
Robert is member of the German Lawyers Association (DAV), the DAV practice groups for international legal transactions as well as insolvency law and restructuring, the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law, the German-American Lawyers’ Association and the German-Australian Lawyers’ Association.
Robert served twice as Board Member of EUROJURIS International and was the first President at Jurismus.
